Senior Investment Consultant Moves to DTCC

Annemarie Gilly will join The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation as a vice president, product management, wealth management services, the company announced yesterday.

DTCC said it wanted to broadened its global outreach capabilities. Ms. Gilly will be responsible for expanding DTCC’s Mutual Fund Services further into the offshore markets.  The services  include processing and information-exchange services to the mutual fund industry and  also link business partners through a centralized infrastructure.

Ms Gilly  will report to  Ann Bergin, managing director and general manager, wealth management services.

She was previously president of Gilly Consulting Inc., which she formed in 2006. The firm handled business development for a large hedge fund administrator, conducted fund-related studies for several independent boards of directors, and developed strategic marketing materials for several hedge funds.

From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Gilley was global head of Client Servicing for GlobeOp Financial Services.

Mutual Fund Services are provided by DTCC’s National Securities Clearing Corporation subsidiary.
